We were never taught how to listen deeply to our own hearts, and connect with our inner being.
But know this: Whatever is challenging, frustrating, scary, or overwhelming in your life, there is an inner being right there inside your heart ready to help you.

Episode 37: Help, Life Hacks, #jobseeker
We’ll get into the nitty-gritty of how to sit down and shortcut the whole process. Whatever is challenging, frustrating, overwhelming in your life, know that there is an inner being right inside ready and willing to help you.
Plus, I talk about Eckhart Tolle’s laugh, having to eat cold peas at the table long after dinner was over, and the squirrel on the exercise bike in your head. And my stories about the friend who doesn’t respond and how I handled double-booking my evening. Do you ever beat yourself up for how you feel? Argh! Make sure you tune in to receive some love.
This week’s inspo is about hacking anything you need to in your life, Robbie style and this week’s letter is from a friend who wants to change careers but worries she won’t get hired because she’s an outsider.

There’s been a lot moving in our Love Posse.
Every now and then there’s a certain hum we all seem to be flowing with, it’s not a wonderful hum but it’s a time of leveling up
You’re on your journey, you are going through a few things right now and on the other side of this, you’re going to be more healed and revealed- more of your true self will be there on the other side.
I wanted to talk about receiving help and nope this isn’t a shameless plug for healings! I am talking about you receiving help from you to you from your inner knowing and do what you need to do to love yourself through.
It’s good to help yourself.
We’re supposed to be in a deeper dialog with ourselves.
There’s a way that we hold ourselves up or keep pushing through but this is the mistake we make.
When there’s something going on and something we need, we can always turn to this inner light in you. That’s your inner being, the awakened one there in your heart, at the ready to help you shortcut your way through whatever you’re going through right now.

How would it be to shortcut your struggle by sitting down, turning inward and talking to your inner being? Does that sound whack?
Having a dialog with your inner being sounds like, I notice you’re having a struggle, you’re upset, you’re feeling tender. How can I help you? What would help you right now?
It’s amazing what will open up because you dared to talk and let yourself be helped vs just fighting and pushing on. You released that resistance, you let that go and now there’s spaciousness again, there’s room now for something else to happen.
The quiet time we are allowing ourselves is not so our ego mind can make a list and direct what comes next, I am talking about sitting down and making space.
To me, the quickest way thru is to acknowledge what’s going on. Just dialog with yourself.
Are you willing to be the kind of person to do this? Are you willing to sit down and talk to yourself?
Because, I’ve sat with friends in the healing room who say to me, I’m not gonna do that! That’s stupid! Who has time!
And I’m like, Well, no wonder you look like you’re running through the village with your head on fire!
I give some examples of helping myself out by talking to a friend who ignores my texts. Triggers with friendships are perfect for this, take time and give yourself a little space and have that dialog that is going to help you.
A lot of times, especially with other people, we resist because we’re scared of the answer… but we can totally help ourselves through that, and it’s so helpful with people we love and have fun with usually but there are those one or two problem areas we run into together.
You want your life to be sweet and easy, right?!
This works equally well when you have little things like a friend to confront about this one thing that keeps happening in your relationship or a scheduling kerfluffle you need to handle and you’re worried about how you will look when you admit you double booked your calendar.
I share about double booking my calendar and a pattern I hate happening and what I did about this. What if sometimes life interferes on your behalf to save you from a potentially bad situation? You were graced with something that takes you out of the equation. Sometimes you need to have space to see that, instead of pushing on with your plan, you gotta let it go.
Future forecasting, scaring yourself about your future in the now moment. Instead of being here now, you’re all freaked about what will probably never be. Learn to say, but what if it wasn’t!
While we may never be able to plan for every problem, every fear, every contingency, we really only need one solution for everything — and that’s love. Come from a place of love!
Make room inside you for what could be, for possibilities, and miracles.
